At Alteo, you have 14 days maximum from the date of purchase to exchange or return an item.
CONDITIONS
The item must be presented in its original packaging, unused, along with the receipt. Exchanges are made directly in-store, at Avenue Louise 110, 1000 Brussels. Returns are refunded in the form of a gift card, valid for 12 months from the date of return, with no refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. Alteo reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS
